DIRECTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY
We are currently looking for a Director of Physical Therapy to join our team approach to Sports Medicine. Opportunity to work with an athletic population in a sports rehab facility. Freedom to make your own schedule! Can bill insurance, but also must provide cash-based services. Experience with sports medicine is required. Applicant must have marketable manual therapy skills. This individual is expected to deliver world class healthcare while simultaneously implementing the values, methods, and principles that encompass True Sports Performance. Possible oversight of other PTs as the company continues to grow.
- Applicants must have a Master's degree or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current licensure in the state of Minnesota.
- Current certification in CPR/AED.
- Preferred applicants will have dual credentials as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
- Preferred applicants will have experience with Biodex Isokinetic Testing.
- Preferred applicants will have experience with biomechanical video analysis.
- Preferred applicants will have experience working with overhead athletes and/or rotational power sports (baseball, softball, hockey, golf, tennis, volleyball, throwers, etc.)
Pay is based on a negotiable percentage of generated income.
Raises are based on performance and production.
Includes $1,000 annual stipend for approved continuing education.
Opportunity also exists for partial ownership of the company.

SUMMER COLLEGE INTERNSHIP
SPORTS PERFORMANCE INTERN
Opportunity to gain experience in the real world of sports performance. During this internship, you will work closely with our medical staff and sports performance staff to not only implement strength & conditioning programs, but also learn how to help transition athletes from rehab to performance. This advanced stage of the rehab process is critical to safely return to sport and prevent reinjury. The intern will oversee the weight room and assist with our summer training programs for middle school, high school, and college athletes. Structure of internship will be based on guidelines and learning objectives from your college/university. This individual will be expected to work with athletes in a small group setting and assist with large groups/teams.
- Applicant must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, Human Performance, or other similar field).
- Current certification in CPR/AED is mandatory.
- Applicant is expected to sit for the CSCS exam upon their college graduation to become a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
