PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAMS

Off-Season Program

UPGRADE YOUR OFF-SEASON!!!

This is advanced level off-season training for High School athletes (Grades 9-12).  If you're looking for sports performance & injury prevention, THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU! 

We develop overall athleticism.  Our system focuses on strength & power development, balance & coordination, speed/agility/quickness, and workload capacity.  All sessions are led by a certified professional.

    

This program is offered:

FALL - (Aug. - Oct.) 

WINTER - (Nov. - Feb.) 

SPRING - (March - May)


2025 Spring Program:

12 Weeks - 35 sessions total

 MARCH 3rd - MAY 22nd  

MON / TUES / THURS

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

No session Tues MAY 20th -CLOSED

 

Cost: $580 (includes tax)

That's less than $17 per session!


REGISTRATION ALSO INCLUDES:

- TSP performance T-Shirt.

-Priority scheduling for manual therapy treatments.

-Presentations on sports nutrition, sports psychology, and recovery techniques.

Spring Training BASEBALL Program

Our pre-season baseball & softball program is designed to get your arm in shape and help prevent throwing injuries.  This isn't your ordinary pre-season program.  Our system was developed by Thomas Truedson, a Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT) who worked in the New York Mets organization for 6 seasons.  He has worked with MLB players like Jacob deGrom, Michael Fulmer, Steven Matz, Luis Cessa, Kevin Plawecki, Philip Evans, Paul Sewald, and many more.


  • Increase your velocity
  • Proper throwing mechanics
  • Injury prevention & arm care
  • Rotator cuff strengthening
  • Upper body plyometrics
  • Rotational power exercises 
  • In-season vs. Off-season training


HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS: 

January 13th - March 8th

8 Weeks - 3 Days/Week - 24 Sessions

MON & THURS:  7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

SATURDAYS:  9:00 AM - 10:00 AM


MIDDLE SCHOOL PLAYERS:

February 24th - April 19th

8 Weeks - 3 Days/Week - 23 Sessions

MON & THURS:  6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

SAT March 1st & 10th:  8:00 AM

All other SATURDAYS:  9:00 AM 

No session SAT April 12th -CLOSED


Cost: $375 (includes tax)

Performance Training

We offer 1-hour performance training sessions with a certified professional.  After establishing short term goals and long-term goals, we will tailor your training program to activate the proper energy systems, get you stronger, develop power and athleticism.  Our staff will implement a comprehensive, multiplanar total body strength program with an emphasis on shoulder, hip, and core work.  Custom in-season and off-season programs are also available.  Saturdays available.         

$60  (1 hour session)

6 Pack Option: 6 sessions for $350


Group Training Sessions Available:

Group of 2:  $40/hour - Each

Group of 3-4:  $30/hour - Each

Group of 5-8:  $20/hour - Each

Spring GOLF Performance Program

Spring GOLF Performance Program

Our golf performance program is open to all ages and demographics.  Our system is designed to improve your performance and help prevent injuries.  Our program was developed by Thomas Truedson, a Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT), and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who has worked with hundreds of professional athletes.  The rotational power associated with golf is similar to other one-directional rotational sports like baseball & softball.  This repetitive rotation can cause muscle imbalances and lead to various injuries like impingements, joint instability, and low back pain.  This program will get you ready for the season and equip you with injury prevention techniques to help keep you on the golf course all summer long.  Leave the fitness and prep work to us, so you can focus more on your golf game.

Our pre-season hockey training system is specifically designed for High School hockey players.  Full body workouts with emphasis on getting your legs ready for the season.  Focus is placed on speed, agility, reaction time, strength & power development.  All sessions are led by a certified professional.
