Appointment Options:

Initial Evaluation/Consult (45 min)

Initial visit. This involves a detailed clinical evaluation and functional movement screen. We will initiate a treatment plan and provide a custom rehab program specific to your needs. This initial appointment includes access to 2-weeks worth of rehab exercises. Patients will be able to access their custom rehab exercises from their mobile device after downloading our free app.

$100 (45 minute session)

We do not accept insurance at this time.

However, we do accept HSA, cash, check, or credit card.

Treatment & Rehab Session

One-on-one session with a Licensed Athletic Trainer. Treatment techniques may include trigger point work, sports massage, pin and stretch, e-stim (TENS), cold compression, etc. Add on fees applicable for: Cupping, Graston Technique, Deep Oscillation, Dry Needling.

Rehabilitation exercises will be prescribed accordingly.

Return-To-Glory (ACL or UCL Rehab)

Rehab program for athletes who have undergone ACL or UCL (Tommy John) reconstructive surgery. This program focuses on the later stages of the rehab process, helping you safely transition from rehab to actual performance (Ex. running progression, return-to-throwing, return-to-pitching, etc.) Everyone is different, so we collaborate with your physician & your physical therapist to help execute their protocol for you. Our staff are experts at incorporating sport-specific training to prepare you for a full return to glory!

Package of 6 sessions (1 hour each) for $300

That comes out to ONLY $50 per session!

Sports Performance Training (1 hour)

This is a one-on-one, multiplanar total body strength session with an emphasis on shoulder, hip, and core work. After establishing short term goals and long term goals, we will tailor your training program to activate the proper energy systems, get you stronger, develop power and athleticism. Custom in-season and off-season programs are also available.

$75 (1 hour session)
