Pre-Season HOCKEY Dryland Training

UPGRADE YOUR OFF-SEASON!!!

This is advanced level off-season training for High School athletes.  If you're looking for sports performance & injury prevention, THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU! We develop overall athleticism.  Our system focuses on strength & power development, balance & coordination, speed/agility/quickness, and workload capacity.  All sessions are run by a 

Certified & Licensed professional who specializes in sports medicine.

    

This program is offered seasonally: 

Fall ELITE: Aug. - Oct. 

Winter ELITE: Nov. - Jan.

Spring ELITE: Mar. - May 


The 2023 Spring ELITE program will be:

March 13th - May 18th  

Mon/Wed/Thurs 

4:00 PM - 5:15 PM


That's 10 weeks, 30 training sessions.


Cost: $350 (includes tax)

Also includes Performance T-Shirt

and (3) presentations on:

- Sports Nutrition

- Sports Psychology

- Recovery Techniques

Pre-Season HOCKEY Dryland Training

This pre-season hockey dryland training program is designed to be age-appropriate and sport specific.  Focus placed on speed work, power development and agility.  Full body workouts with emphasis on getting your legs ready for the season.  All sessions are run by a Certified & Licensed professional who specializes in sports medicine.  Upgrade your off-season!!! 


10 Weeks - 19 Sessions Total (off the 4th of July)

(Mondays & Thursdays)

June 13th - August 18th


Boys & Girls are welcome!


High School Session 3:45 - 5:00 PM

Bantam Session 5:00 - 6:00 PM

Pee Wee Session 6:00 - 7:00 PM

  

Each class size is limited to 12 participants.

BASEBALL & SOFTBALL Pre-Season Program

Our pre-season baseball & softball program is designed to get your arm in shape and help prevent throwing injuries.  This isn't your ordinary pre-season program.  Our system was developed by Thomas Truedson, a Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT) who worked in the New York Mets organization for 6 seasons.  He has worked with MLB players like Jacob deGrom, Michael Fulmer, Steven Matz, Luis Cessa, Kevin Plawecki, Philip Evans, Paul Sewald, and many more.


  • Increase your velocity
  • Proper throwing mechanics
  • Injury prevention & arm care
  • Rotator cuff strengthening
  • Upper body plyometrics
  • Rotational power exercises 
  • Pitching mound drills
  • In-season vs. Off-season training


The throwing progression focuses on mechanics, building arm strength, and developing better control & accuracy.  Pitchers will do flat-ground work leading into 4 bullpen sessions prior to the start of the HS season.


2023 Program is Monday, Jan. 16th - Sunday, March 12th

BASEBALL & SOFTBALL Pre-Season Program

Our pre-season golf program is open to all ages and demographics.  Our system is designed to improve your performance and help prevent injuries.  This program was developed by Thomas Truedson, a Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT), and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who has worked with hundreds of professional athletes.  The rotational power associated with golf is similar to other one-directional rotational sports like baseball & softball.  This repetitive rotation can cause muscle imbalances and lead to various injuries like impingements, joint instability, and low back pain.  This program will get you ready for the season and equip you with injury prevention techniques to help keep you on the golf course all summer long.  Leave the fitness and prep work to us, so you can focus more on your golf game.       


  • Increase club head speed  
  • Improve thoracic mobility
  • Increase range of motion
  • Core strength & stability
  • Rotator cuff strengthening
  • Upper body plyometrics
  • Rotational power exercises
  • In-season maintenance routine
